MCS Approved Installer
MCS is a standards organisation for the low-carbon technology industry. They create and maintain standards for the certification of products, installers and installations. We are an MCS Certified installer for Solar PV. Our membership demonstrates adherence to recognised industry standards. Our certification number is - NAP-32670 and we re accredited to install Solar PV and Air Source Heat Pumps.
NICEIC
NICEIC provides assessment and certification services for contractors. They assess electricians, renewable energy installers, plumbers and gas and heating engineers. Our registrations mean you can be sure our installers are regularly assessed ensuring the work they do is safe and completed to the highest industry standards.
OFTEC
OFTEC is a trade association for the off-gas grid heating sector. They aim to promote the highest professional and technical standards for technicians and businesses working in the industry. Our oil heating installers are registered with OFTEC meaning you can be sure they are competent and meet building regulations and approved industry standards.
Green Deal Approved
The Green Deal is a government initiative providing guidance and information to all organisations and individuals working in the energy efficiency improvements sector. Being Green Deal Approved as an authorised installer means we meet the PAS 2030 standard as an installer of energy efficiency measures, we abide by the Green Deal Code of Practice, and we have been registered by a Green Deal accredited certification body (230021).
TrustMark
TrustMark is the Government Endorsed Quality Scheme for work a consumer decides to have carried out in their home. We are TrustMark Registered as solar panel (PV), air source heat pump, battery storage systems, gas fired boilers, heating and hot water controls, hot water systems, electric storage heaters and roof insulation installers. Furthermore, the sub-contractors that we work with will be registered for many other heating and insulation measures. Being a TrustMark Registered Business means we have been thoroughly vetted to meet required standards. It also recognises that we are committed to good customer service, technical competence and trading practices. Our Trustmark Licence Number is - 1629229

Renewable Energy Consumer Code
We abide by RECC's Consumer Code, following the high consumer protection standards set out by them for businesses who sell or lease renewable energy generation systems to domestic consumers. RECC is also our alternative dispute resolution (ADR) provider. Our Registration number is - 00068045
If, following our published Complaints Procedure, you are still not satisfied with the outcome, and no resolution has been reached through our Certification Body for the measure, you will be referred to the ADR through TrustMark. Their rigorous dispute resolution process is there to ensure both consumers and businesses are able to resolve situations effectively, however that is not always possible. By being a member of the Dispute Resolution Ombudsman, TrustMark will be able to offer us, and our customers, an impartial and flexible way of reaching a resolution when all our processes have been exhausted. Fusion21
We are a member of the Fusion21 Framework for renewables and heating. The Fusion21 Framework is an EU approved pre-procurement service for public sector organisations such as housing associations and local authorities. As a pre-qualified accredited domestic installer our membership means our partners can benefit from greater efficiencies and value for money.
Construction Line - Silver Member
Being a Construction Line member means we have been deemed fit-to-supply. Any organisation we work with (such as a local authority) can be confident that we have been audited and demonstrated compliance with standard prequalification criteria. Achilles Verified
Being Achilles Verified as UVDB Assessed means that all energy providers we work with know we meet very high standards of quality, health and safety, the environment and corporate social responsibility. Pre-qualification for these criteria means any energy provider we work with does not need to carry out their own checks for these criteria.
ISO Standards
We follow ISO International Standards: ISO45001- Occupational Health & Safety, ISO4001 - Environmental Management, and ISO9001 - Quality Management. Being certified for these standards means that our customers and partners can be confident that we follow internationally recognised frameworks and systems and take these areas seriously.
